Rookie Boot Camp
If you have wanted to try Boot Camp, but feel intimidated, Rookie Boot Camp will be perfect for you! This is an introductory level fitness class class that will have you doing all the same activities as Boot Camp, but at an easier pace.
Who: 14 years old and older
When: 5:30 -6:15 p.m. Monday and Wednesday
Session I: Jan. 2-Feb. 3
Session II: Feb. 13-March 16
Session III: March 26-April 25
Where: Newton YMCA Small Gym
Fees: $20 Y members; $40 Non-members
Boot Camp
Classes combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. Classes may use jump ropes, stairs, free weights, and even a little healthy competition. Expect the unexpected in these full-body Boot Camp classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun!
