Fitness Center
Come check out our Fitness Center!
Complete with 12 treadmills, 5 ellipticals, 3 arc trainers, 3 stair climbers, 7 bikes, Cybex Equipment, and 7 flat screen tvs hooked up to every piece of cardio equipment for you to enjoy! We have it all!

 

AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR FITNESS CENTER

Cardio Equipment: Ages 10 and younger are prohibited from entering the Fitness Center under any circumstances. Eleven through thirteen years old must be accompanied by an adult. Fourteen and older are free to use the equipment.

Cybex Equipment: Sixth grade and younger are prohibited from entering the Cybex side under any circumstances.  Seventh and eighth graders must complete the Teen Fitness Center Orientation.  A FREE Cybex orientation is included with your membership.  Please make a reservation at the main desk with a trainer.

 

Free Weight Room
If weight machines aren’t for you, give our free weight room a try. Resistance training is the most effective weight loss tool. We have plenty of equipment to give you a full body workout. We have a Squat Rack, Smith Machine, 2 Flat Benches, 2 Incline Benches, and much more. If you don’t know how to use the equipment, give us a call and we can set you up with a trainer to show you the basics.
